Meet the Flock: Our Feathered Employees

Here at the Hacienda, we believe in transparency – and that includes introducing you to the real stars of the operation: our fowl employees! These hard-working hens, ducks, and quails are the ones making your breakfast better and your cakes rise higher. 

FUN FACT: We have 200+ fowls living at our family farm!

We are currently in the interview process so our customers can get to know them better. Some are shy, some are divas, and a few have strong feelings about snack time, pond access, or their living quarters. You’ll meet the egg-layers, the drama queens, the overachievers, and even “Might-Be-Lucky” , our lone quail bachelor with a survivor’s spirit and a flair for the dramatic.
